Villa Las Pinas is a beautiful 3 bed-roomed detached villa located in the Cap Marti area of Javea. The full villa has been recently renovated to a high standard. It is set in private gardens and has a floodlit swimming pool. This spacious villa comprises of an open plan lounge / dining room, a modern fully equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms, one twin bedroom and 2 bathrooms.

The master bedroom benefits from air-conditioning, electric blinds, ceiling fan, an en-suite shower room, wardrobe and leads directly out onto the swimming pool terrace. The second double bedroom offers air conditioning, electric blinds, wardrobe, sea views and patio doors leading onto the furnished terrace. The twin bedroom also boasts air conditioning, sea views, wardrobes and electric blinds.
The modern family bathroom has a bath, sink, toilet and a separate shower cubicle.
There is air conditioning and WIFI throughout the villa. The villa is all on one level although there are some steps around the villa and the garden area. Outdoors you will find secure parking and a car port, patios and gardens furnished for sunbathing, BBQ´s and al-fresco dining. The pool is a very beautiful and can be lit at night to enjoy an evening swim. All the windows benefit from blinds and the villa has been tastefully furnished.
The nearest rocky beach is Cala Blanca at 20 minutes’ walk away (1.5km). The nearest restaurant is Oasis at 950 meters
The sandy beach is approx. 2.5km away and here you will find many bars, restaurants and shops. It is a very beautiful area to explore. Although a car isn't essential, we recommend one to get the most out of your holiday.

This amazing spacious villa offers 8 bedrooms - 3 bedrooms with king-size beds, 4 bedrooms with double beds and one single bedroom. The special feature is the 2 towers with 2 bedrooms for the children and parents alike in 2 storeys, separated by a wooden floor giving the rooms a very nice and natural ambience. The wooden floor is not sound insulated, so movements in the upper bedrooms can be heard below. Bedlinen and towels are included, we also provide some toys and games for the kids.
There are 4 bathrooms -1 en-suite with bath, 2 en-suites with showers, a shower room plus a separate toilet. A ventilation system regulates the air and electric fans are provided for each bedroom.
There is a very large living area leading onto a spacious terrace which overlooks a beautiful garden with a large pool and a trampoline. The living area leads onto a large fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, dinning area adjacent, there are 3 fridges to take care of your needs for cool drinks.
The house is fully refurbished and has outside tables and seating on 3 levels. Mosquito nets protect the bedrooms. Parasols guarantee a carefree sunbathing with the sun shining late into the evening, there is a selection of books for those who want to completely escape.
TVs in 4 rooms, a selection of DVD’s are available for both kids and grown ups.
Gates and a pool alarm to secure the access to the pool are provided.
Within the vicinity you will find a small supermarket and a bakery, (5 minutes walk away), 2 bars – Azahars, which has an excellent outside bar and lovely restaurants serving delicious food and tapas. There are three nearby restaurants offering Italian, German/Greek and Indian Food.
About 4 kms away is the lovely sandy Arenal beach, an extraordinarily bustling and lively atmosphere with a large choice of bars restaurants and shops. There are pedalos for the children and you can hire jets skis and rides out on motorboats if you wish.
And if you are going out, don't worry about keys. This is a smart home where a code allows you access the home.

Welcome to Vista Del Mar - A 2 bedroomed villa which sleeps 7 people (4 in bedrooms, 1 with the fold up bed and 2 in the sofa bed) and has fabulous views overlooking the Mediterranean sea. Located on the eastern tip of Spain in Cumbre Del Sol close to Alicante. Be the first to greet the sun every morning as it rises majestically over the calm waters of the Mediterranean
Before entering the villa you will find a chill out area with rustic furniture. A perfect area to escape from the summer heat or enjoy a few games.
On entering the villa on the ground floor through the hall you will find a cloakroom. The hall leads through to the open plan lounge, dining room and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped to include a dishwasher and Dolce Gusto coffee machine. In the lounge you can get Spanish and German television.
Keep going and you arrive at a further sitting room, a perfect area for enjoying a drink overlooking the spectacular view of the Mediterranean. There is an air conditioning unit which serves this floor.
There is a spiral staircase leading to the lower ground floor where you will find two bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a walk in wardrobe and a spacious utility area.
Going through to the utility area you will find a walk in wardrobe with even more hanging space and shelving providing plenty of storage for clothes, luggage and pool toys and so on. The utility area has 2 washing machines and 1 tumble dryer.
A fold up bed, sofa bed and a cot are all available, please ask when booking if you require bedding for these.
Outside is the south facing terrace furnished with sunbeds, dining furniture and a barbeque and sink area. The terrace offers marvellous panoramic views over the sea and pool area. On a sunny day you can see Ibiza on the horizon.
The kidney shaped swimming pool is 4 x 8 meters and there is an outdoor shower. The deep end of the pool is approximately 2 meters deep.
With the nearest beach located 2.5km and the coastal resorts of Javea and Moraira at approx 9km and 8km respectively Vista Del Mar makes for a perfect holiday location. There is a local supermarket located on Cumbre del Sol which is just a few minutes drive away from the property.
This villa has heating so is ideal for winter holiday lets.
There is a covered parking space and plenty of off road parking.
Please note our other property "Casa Del Mar" is next door so these two villas are ideal for larger groups who wish to holiday together.

CASA Monte Cala is the lower dwelling of three linked properties, it has private terrace with stunning views across the bernia mountains .
The house has been well furnished and benefits from the use of three pools exclusive for guests staying at Pueblo Monte Cala. There is one communal pool 100 meters from the house, then a further two larger pools (with a bar, kids play area) just a few minutes walk up the road.

Walking distance to restaurants, bars, and supermarket, 2 minutes drive from secluded beach, and just a few minutes drive from the pretty seaside town of Moraira with its many restaurants, shops and beaches.
The apartment has partial sea views and also overlooks the pool, which is surrounded by spacious, landscaped sun-bathing terraces for exclusive use by the residents/guests of the Pueblo de la Paz community.. The pool is ideal for children with gently sloping access and a baby area. Tennis courts are 2 mins walk.
